We are equipped to offer Vegetable Oil Mills that utilize state-of-the-art expeller technology. These oil expellers, commonly known as screw presses, can be used to extract oil from edible as well as non-edible oil bearing material. Further, these are available for prepress or single press model for processing ground nut, Cotton Seed, sunflower and mustard seeds. These are also available for double chamber and triple chamber models for processing Mahua, Maize Germ, Castor and Neem Seeds. Screw presses are available in capacities ranging from 5 to 100 TPD with both Horizontal and vertical kettle designs to extract 80-85% of oil in the oil bearing material. Apart from this, the residual oil from the cakes produced in Prepress or Single Press norm can further be extracted in the solvent extraction plant.
