We are engaged in offering Plant and machinery for the manufacturing of Soya Derivatives which are world renowned for their high protein content. The production process of these soya derivatives is carried out using high protein meal. High protein soya meal is produced by de-hulling of soya seeds in the preparatory stage

High protein meal is produced by de-solventizing the extracted marc in the absence of direct steam by implementing either of the processes mentioned below

  • Flash de-solventisation system
  • De-solventisation using rotary tube bundle drier
  • De-solventisation in the conventional De-solventiser toaster without injecting direct steam
Soya protein concentrate, Soya protein Isolate, & Soya floor are a few prominent Soya derivatives which are in demand

In addition to above, we also offer the plants for Soya lecithin drying and defatting.

We have the technology for the supply of plant and machinery for producing all the above products.

Soya derivatives are found use in many products like bulking agents, chewing gum, baby formulas, canned tuna and can be used as a sufficient vegetarian source of protein.

Soya Protein Isolate Machinery will be washed with alkali solution till the protein is extracted Protein extracted marc will be fed to dewatering press to drain the water by pressing the material. Dewatered material will be fed to Extruder drier for further drying to make it suitable to feed into cattle feed. Alkali solution containing Soya Protein Isolate with traces of suspended solids will be pumped to extract buffer tank through a set of Hydro Cyclones which act as a primary fine separator. Extract buffer tank will feed the alkaline protein solution to clarifier which is PLC controlled plate and frame filter press suitable to filter entire liquid from the extractor up to 45 micron size.

Filtered clear liquid will be collected in a buffer tank and filter cake will be collected in solid discharge hopper from which it will be transported to dewatering press. The Clear liquid after the clarification needs to be concentrated in U/F concentrator consist of micronic filter, first stage of membranes for pre concentration, second stage of membranes for dia filtration. The concentrated liquid obtained from U/F concentrator will be collected in a Protein solution tank prior to followed by Agglomerator through homogeniser. Dried product after spray drier and agglomerator will be transported to hopper for further packing.
